Williamsburg Butter Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 120g Butter, softened
  • 60ml of Orange Liqueur
  • 1 tble of Orange Zest
  • 1 kilogram of Confectioner’s Sugar

Procedure:

Using a large mixing bowl, blend the softened butter with the confectioner’s sugar. Stir in the orange liqueur and orange zest. Beat until the frosting is light and fluffy. When cake is cooled, use to frost it.

The next recipe is another easy to make a cake for either everyday dessert or special occasions. It is created from scratch, but takes little time to put it together. You can bake it that afternoon and have it ready to go for an evening get together.
